Schulz Stanztechnik has been in existence as a company for more than 50 years, and operating since 1991 from its premises in Halver on behalf of numerous customers at home and abroad. We produce and assemble a large number of products in differing versions on our production facilities covering more than 2,500 m². Our wide range of products presented to you on this website can cope with practically every conceivable task involved in transporting goods. The main products consist of axial deep groove ball bearings, detailed parts and components for systems used in warehousing, materials moving and transport tasks, stampings and stamped bent parts, together with accessories for cable installation.

Quality management
Determination, creativity and unconditional quality orientation form the basis for the further development of the company. The quality management system at SCHULZ-STANZTECHNIK has been certified to DIN ISO 9001:2015 & DIN ISO 14001:2015 since September 2004. All employees keep quality records during the production process. They are trained in worker self-control and implement all aspects daily. Each work process is concluded with a test report and random sample checks are carried out before shipping.

A sustainable approach to natural resources and environment protection are just as important to us as the health and safety of our workforce. We face up to our corporate responsibility in the region above all by safeguarding and expanding jobs and by letting the workforce participate in decision-making processes in the company. We give great priority to initial and advanced training of all employees in the company, providing all the support we can.
Innovation
The enhanced innovation powers of our company are illustrated by complex products such as components for the telecommunications sector, which entail the use of foreign parts as well as stamping and mounting, together with new products resulting from pure stamping processes where several similar products are manufacturing using a combined progressive tool. The machinery and manufacturing equipment is constantly modernized and improved, particularly with components such as modern electrical roller feeds and reel straightening plants. In order to break through into new product areas, new stamping presses with higher stamping force and a larger table system expand our production possibilities.
Schulz-Group
Schulz Stanztechnik is an independent business unit in the Schulz-Group which has acquired a reputation throughout Europe for components and complete systems in general cargo handling systems and laser cutting. Close cooperation within the Group puts us in a position to solve even complex tasks. We can supply not only individual components but entire logistics lines and complete material handling systems. Together with lasered and chamfered parts for substructures and frames, the Group also produces roller and pallet conveyors, small conveyor belts, pallet conveyors, wire belts and conveyors and systems for vertical material handling systems and distribution systems.
